Yes, should you decide to move forward with our services we have a non-refundable fee that is to be paid after the complimentary phone consultation. This fee ranges depending on the needs of your event but is less than $100. 

A room block is typically 10 or more rooms reserved at a discounted group rate for a specific event or time frame. 

This answer varies depending on the type of event. It is common to set up a wedding room block anywhere from a year to a few months in advance. Our recommendation is the sooner the better, especially if you live in a busy city where there are many events happening.

Yes! While LT Room Blocks is headquartered in Houston, we love working with clients anywhere in the U.S. booking blocks all over the country. We can also book in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe.  

Majority of hotels provide a booking link that you can include on your event website. 

A cut-off date is the deadline for your guests to book a room at the negotiated group rate. Most hotels offer a 2 week to 30 days cut-off date and any rooms that are not booked by that time will be released back into their inventory to be sold.

LT Room Blocks aims to secure courtesy agreements for all of our clients. All courtesy agreements are between LT Room Blocks and the hotel(s). Meaning, you will not be financially liable for any rooms not picked up. Should a contract be required then we request the client sign the contract. 

Any rooms that are not secured within the block by the cut-off date in a courtesy agreement will get released back into general inventory for the hotel to resell. In rare instances where a contract is required, you will be held to the attrition amount agreed upon.

Concessions are complimentary items or perks that the hotel is willing to offer that we negotiate on your behalf. Examples are complimentary champagne, free shuttle service, on site food and beverage coupons, and much more depending on the property.
