Lauren began her career in the Event industry working at a prominent country club overseeing the Catering and Sales department and progressed to one of the top performing hotels in Downtown Houston. While there, she was responsible for corporate and social clients in the Group Sales division where she gained experience in writing Hotel contracts and contract negotiation. She eventually took that experience to go to work for a nationally top-ranking law firm known for their tastefully executed events focused on business development. Her dynamic experience having worked for both sides of the room block business is what puts her a step above.

Captivated by the love of helping others and the entrepreneurial mindset, Lauren decided to utilize her hotel contract expertise in the wedding and event industry and launch LTRB in 2021. 

As Founder of LT Room Blocks, Lauren oversees all operations and strategy. Since 2021, Lauren has helped dozens of clients save time and money, and confidently secure accommodations and hotels as venues for their events.
